For many, winter is the best season to visit New York. Why? Well, because in winter some of the most beautiful events of the year take place.

Our favorites are the Garden State Plaza Mall and the Outlets at Jersey Gardens. Both shopping centers in New Jersey can be reached by bus from the Port Authority in Midtown Manhattan.

If you want to stay nearby, you should make your way to the Oculus in Lower Manhattan, which also offers a few shops. Both the Woodbury Outlets and the Empire Outlets are outdoors and have no indoor areas except the shops.

Foodies Beware: In winter, the NYC Restaurant Week takes place again, which means that you can look forward to many restaurant deals throughout the city. Thousands of travelers and locals are looking forward to this event every year because it is a great opportunity to try new restaurants!

This is probably one of the most interesting things that can be done in New York in February. Whole street trains are closed and interruptions to catwalks. Art & Culture Spot in Midtown
The Radio City Music Hall is a respected concert and event hall on Sixth Avenue and is already recognized by far from the conspicuous exterior lighting. Throughout the year, concerts and events take place here, e.g. The popular Radio City Christmas spectacle with the Rockettes. It is the most famous Christmas show that you can see in New York.
Sport events in Midtown
The Super Bowl usually takes place in February and the rest of America also plays NYC crazy in the days. In the US, this event is the sporty highlight of the year. The half-time show is at its finest and every year big names like Bruno Mars or Beyonce during the half-time show. If you are looking for a nice bar this evening, you should visit Connolly’s Pub & Restaurant at Times Square and other sports bars in the area.
